Choose the right stats page

Read playing and visits correctly

playing is a momentary concurrent-player count. It can change between two page loads as people join or leave. A value of 1,434 means Roblox returned that many people playing the universe in this particular API response; it does not mean every server was full or every player was in the same mode.

visits is cumulative. It counts experience visits under Roblox’s current platform definition, not unique people, completed Escape rounds, or paid players. One person can contribute more than one visit over time. Dividing visits by playing does not produce a useful retention rate without a time window and unique-user data.

favoritedCount is also cumulative at the sample time. A favorite signals that an account saved the experience, but it does not prove current activity, a positive review, or completion. Votes are retrieved separately and should be shown with their own timestamp.

Understand server capacity

The Games API field maxPlayers: 50 describes the configured maximum for an instance at the universe level. It is not the number currently in your server and does not state how the experience splits players among Hide And Seek, Free Roam, Escape, lobbies, or rounds.

Current independent coverage shows a custom-lobby setting from 1 to 20. That can coexist with a 50-player universe maximum because an in-game room has its own design and controls. Read Server Size before planning a large friend group.

The same Games API response reported createVipServersAllowed: false. That is a Roblox platform field, separate from the community-reported Create New Lobby menu inside the experience. Do not buy or search for a private-server product unless the current official interface offers one.

Use badge data as identity and outcome evidence

Roblox listed two enabled badges: “Escape The Cat In The Hat,” ID 2332753337068348, and “Escape The Cat In The Hat With No Power On,” ID 4057450264606570. Their names confirm two tracked outcomes. Their public descriptions were empty, so the API does not provide a full route, mode eligibility, lives rule, or edge-case explanation.

At the snapshot time, the normal badge record showed 11,640 awarded and 6,328 in the past-day field; the no-power badge showed 922 awarded and 494 in the past-day field. Roblox also returned winRatePercentage values, but this site does not turn those API fields into permanent difficulty rankings. Counts and platform calculations can change, and the exact denominator is not explained by the badge name.

Use Badges for a card index and the related Escape routes. A badge confirms that Roblox recorded an outcome, not every hidden step leading to it.

Refresh a snapshot safely

Open the official Roblox endpoints rather than copying an old number from a screenshot. For the Games API, use the exact Universe ID 10761687472. For badges, use the universe badge endpoint with a reasonable page size. For votes, use the universe votes route. The official game page is the easiest human-readable identity check.

Record the UTC time with every value. Keep raw fields separate before deriving anything. If a request fails, reports no data, or returns a rate limit, keep the last successful value visibly dated instead of replacing it with zero. Zero can be a real number and should not be used as an error fallback.

Compare like with like. Two concurrent-player samples taken at the same time of day on different dates may suggest a change, but they still do not prove a durable trend without a longer series. This hub stores one current check, not a chart history.

Stats FAQ

Is 1,434 the live player count now?

It was the official API value at 05:33 UTC on September 1, 2026. Refresh the Games API for a later current count.

Does 50 max players mean every round has 50 players?

No. It is a configured instance-capacity field, not a mode roster, matchmaking promise, or occupancy value.

How many badges are enabled?

Two were enabled at the check time: normal escape and no-power escape.

Can badge award counts show difficulty?

They show dated platform activity, not a controlled difficulty comparison. Release timing, player population, repeat attempts, and API definitions affect the numbers.
